OpenFOAM ( best of the best... ), Fluent, CD Adapco, Ansys CFX, Adina, Ansys MultiPhysics, and to which kinds of problems do they use it :

Transient analysis, Lift-Drag estimation, mulyiphase flow, reactive Flow, DNS-LES, Reacting Flow/Phase Transition, Fluid Structural Interaction...
