Is there ways to simulate tissue mechanical response to impulse and cyclic forces. Is there any FREE tools available for doing this? Thanks.

I think the modeling aspects should be the same. It's just that the material properties and behavior are different.
Check out elsewhere in the forum. Search for free FEM tools and you will find some links that may be useful..
